De woorden hierboven zijn door Edvard Munch in 1893 uitgesproken nadat hij zijn bekendste werk, de schreeuw, had afgewerkt. Die woorden inspireerden Sebastian Cosor om er een animatie op de tonen van Pink Floyd "The great gig in the sky".
